Don't Take a Holiday During the Holidays

Between now and the new year keep the heat high on daily actions with your job search. This was an excellent topic presented last night by Aaron Cohen on our free career management conference call last. Click here to listen to the conference call recording.

Getting "out of office" messages back from emails you sent do not mean the people will not read it on their computer or their Blackberry. This is the time of year where decision makers must still fill positions for the new year. Recruiters must still make their placements, if they want to get paid.

Voice mail is a powerful marketing tool. People out of the office may still dial in for messages. Leave a well rehearsed compelling message that makes people want to call you back. "Hello Mrs. Jeremy. I'm calling in response to an open opportunity at your company. I look forward to speaking with you to discuss why my skills and experience match the job requirements and how I can make a positive contribution to the success of your organization. . . more info on your close in using voice mail.

Register now for our New Years eve (December 31, 2008) conference call. Get some powerful information for putting together a result oriented 2009 job search game plan.
